Snake Identifier: Scanner AI (“the App”) is designed to help users identify snakes using artificial intelligence and provide general informational content. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

Images You Provide

When you use the snake scanning feature, you may upload photos of snakes. These images are temporarily sent to secure servers to process AI identification.
• Images are not stored on our servers
• Images are processed only to generate identification results

We do not retain uploaded photos.

Data Stored on Your Device

The App may store the following locally on your device only:
• Saved snake identifications
• Favorites / collection items
• App preferences

This data is not transmitted to our servers and can be deleted by the user at any time.

Analytics and Tracking

We do not use:
• analytics tracking
• advertising identifiers
• third-party analytics services
• crash reporting tools

We do not track users across apps or websites.

Subscriptions

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions:
• Weekly subscription
• Yearly subscription (with optional free trial)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.

AI Disclaimer

The snake identification results are generated using artificial intelligence. AI predictions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect.

The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only and must not be relied upon for safety-critical decisions.

Safety and Liability Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:
• identification accuracy
• venom detection accuracy
• safety recommendations
• risk assessment correctness

By using the App, you acknowledge that:
• Snake identification may be incorrect
• Dangerous species may be misidentified
• The App must not be used as the sole source for safety decisions

The developers of Snake Identifier: Scanner AI are not responsible for:
• snake bites
• injuries
• damages
• losses
• incorrect identification outcomes
• user decisions based on AI results

Use the App at your own risk.

Children’s Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. No personal information is required to use the App.

Third-Party Processing

Images are temporarily processed using secure AI infrastructure providers. These providers process data only for identification and do not store images.

• No server-side user accounts

Your Control

Users can:
• delete saved snakes from collections
• remove app data by deleting the app
• cancel subscriptions in Apple settings
